When you book with us you can rest assured that your arrangements are financially protected:


We're accredited by the International Air Transport Association, meaning we're vetted and approved by this industry leading assocation to supply flight products to consumers.


The ATOL scheme, run by the UK's Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) seeks to ensure that flight packages booked by consumers are financially protected in the event of insolvency of an operator.

Your Financial Protection
When you buy an ATOL protected flight or flight inclusive holiday from us you will receive an ATOL Certificate. This lists what is financially protected, where you can get information on what this means for you and who to contact if things go wrong.

Many of the flights and flight-inclusive holidays on this website are financially protected by the ATOL scheme. But ATOL protection does not apply to all holiday and travel services listed on this website. Please ask us to confirm what protection may apply to your booking. If you do not receive an ATOL Certificate then the booking will not be ATOL protected. If you do receive an ATOL Certificate but all the parts of your trip are not listed on it, those parts will not be ATOL protected. Some bookings are not protected by ATOL and where they are protected the protection is provided either by Essential Experiences under our own ATOL number 12008, or by JTA Holidays (ATOL Number 4110) and an ATOL certificate will be issued at the point of booking. If no ATOL certificate is produced then no ATOL protection is conferred. The certificate lists what is financially protected, where you can get information on what this means for you and who to contact if things go wrong.


As we are not currently a member of the Association of British Travel Agents (ABTA), we ensure that all of our non-flight packages are financially protected by the 'Essential Travel Trust / ETT'. Where we take payments or deposits from our customers for non-flight packages we hold customer's money in a special trust fund to ensure that our customers are protected financially if anything goes wrong. This is considered industry wide to be the most robust mechanism for protecting travel consumers' money and we go to great lengths, and take great pride, in being able to offer this.
